  • UNIRR: Refers to the Free HRMS App and web services offered under the UNIRR brand.
  • User: Any person, organization, employer, HR representative, or employee who accesses and uses the UNIRR app or services.
  • Service: Includes all features like attendance tracking, payroll processing, leave management, document handling, task management, and employee data tools.

2.Scope of Services

UNIRR offers the following free services:

  • Employee records management
  • Attendance tracking
  • Leave request & approval system
  • Payroll and salary structure
  • Task and document tracking
  • Real-time employee notifications
  • Employee records management
  • Role-based access control

3. User Obligations

By using UNIRR, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and lawful information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Use UNIRR only for lawful HR-related functions.
  • Not replicate, resell, or misuse any part of the UNIRR system.

You will be solely responsible for the data usage and features provided.

4. Data Privacy & Consent

  • Users are granted only limited, non-transferable rights to use the service for the sole purpose of internal HR management.
  • Users are not permitted to engage in any reverse engineering, duplication of the service, or unauthorized resale.

6.Liability & Disclaimer

UNIRR is a free service provided "as-is." While we aim for maximum reliability, we:

  • Cannot be held accountable for payroll miscalculations resulting from the incorrect setting of the system by users.
  • Do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or bug-free performance.
  • Cannot be held responsible for data loss due to the mishandling of a user or technical issues.
  • Recommend that users regularly export or back up crucial data.

7.UNIRR reserves the right to

  • Suspend or delete any account that violates these terms..
  • Remove accounts inactive for over 90 days, after notification.
  • Modify, update, or discontinue any service feature, with or without prior notice

8. Updates of Terms

UNIRR may update “Terms & Conditions” whenever it requires. Continuation of using the application after updates implies your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts.
